Ours is an increasingly digitalized world, in which technology intervenes in all areas of our lives. At Zürich Schule Barcelona we recognize the importance of adapting to this reality.
Thanks to the introduction of technology into our educational program in 2014, our approach to digital competence allows us to prepare our students for an ever-changing world.
We believe in the importance of diversity of educational resources in the classroom and use technology, including the iPad, as a tool to enhance teaching and learning. However, it is essential to remember that the iPad is a support tool for both teachers and students and that its use requires ongoing training for its users.
As part of our approach and commitment to active, collaborative and personalized learning, we have worked with an Apple-certified external partner to ensure that our teachers, students and their families are informed digital citizens.
Data privacy and security is paramount. We use tools such as DEP (Device Enrolment Program), Apple ID Managed and ASM (Apple School Manager) to comply with data protection regulations.
We are committed to providing high quality learning experiences and continue to work with the entire educational community to ensure effective use of technology.
